Negotiation Support Systems (NSS) focus mainly on support of decisions or communication in the context of negotiations between human negotiators. A document orientation can be found in some of the approaches but the support for negotiating about the document elements is rather simplistic or restricted to the core bargaining in terms of values to be filled into forms representing a contract template. This paper proposes an extension of an existing NSS (Negoisst) by extending the negotiation regarding the elements of a contract document.
